The change in the look of the Portal is due to an update of the Moodle system that runs it. The old theme would not work with the latest and most secure version of Moodle, I hope you like the new colour scheme.
One significant advantage of the new theme is that the website is now dynamic, which means it will work better on phone and tablet devices.
